The three jobs we do most

Kitchens first. Then the bath, then the rest of the house.

Open kitchen with a centered range and hood, stone counters and tall pantry cabinets

The job we are named for

Kitchen Remodeling

The job we are named for. We plan the range wall first, with a hood that vents outside, a gas line or a proper circuit, and clear counter on both sides of the heat. Then the prep zone, the landing spots by the fridge and oven, and a pantry that holds a week of groceries. Closed cottage kitchens often open to the dining room. Full-height cabinets, stone counters, layered lighting.

Same crew, from the studs

Bathroom Remodeling

Primary baths and hall baths rebuilt from the studs. Walk-in showers with a real slope and glass that stays clean, a double vanity where the room allows, a tub where it makes sense and good lighting at the mirror. We redo the plumbing and the exhaust fan while the walls are open, so the room dries out and stays that way. Same crew that builds your kitchen.

One planned run

Whole-Home Remodeling

When the kitchen opens the door to everything else. We take down walls between kitchen, dining and living, rebuild the baths, redo floors and lighting and fix the ducting and wiring behind it all in one planned run. A good fit for Love Field cottages and Bluffview traditionals that need a modern plan without a move across town.

Call about the whole house

Forno means oven

The oven goes in first. The rest of the room follows.

Most kitchens are drawn around the cabinets. Ours are drawn around the cooking. Where the range sits, how the hood pulls, where the hot pan lands and how far it is to the sink. Get those right and the room works every night, not just in photos.

Dallas houses make this harder than it should be. The 1940s and 50s cottages near Love Field often have a small closed kitchen, a window over the sink and a vent that just recirculates. Bluffview Tudors have good bones and a pantry nobody can walk into. Condos and townhomes have a galley and almost no counter.

We have rebuilt kitchens like these in Dallas since 2015. We open the walls that need to open, run proper ducting outside, add the circuits a serious range wants and finish with clean, modern lines. Then the same crew takes on the bathrooms and the rest of the house.

01

Built around the cooking

Range wall, hood, prep counter and landing zones come first. A kitchen that looks good but makes you cross the room with a hot pot has missed the point.

02

Air that actually leaves

Many older Dallas kitchens have a hood that blows grease back into the room. We route ducts to the outside and size the fan to the range, so the house stops smelling like last night.

03

Made for Dallas houses

Love Field cottages, Bluffview Tudors, Oak Lawn condos and Las Colinas townhomes all hide different surprises. We plan for what sits behind the drywall before we open it.

How a kitchen gets built

Five steps, starting at the stove.

This is the order every job follows, from the first call to the first dinner.

Finished kitchen in the evening with the table set for dinner

Step 1

Call and walk the room

You call the shop. We come out, look at the kitchen, ask how you cook and measure everything. You hear plainly what the house allows and what it does not.

Step 2

Draw the cooking line

We place the range, hood, sink and fridge first and check each reach and landing spot. Then pantry, prep counter and seating. You see the layout before anything is ordered.

Step 3

Write the scope and price

Cabinets, counters, appliances, ducting, electrical and plumbing go into one written scope with a price by line. You pick finishes with us and sign off before work starts.

Step 4

Open it up and build

Demo, framing, ducting out through the roof or wall, plumbing and electrical, drywall, cabinets, counters, tile, paint. One crew, in order, and a schedule you can read.

Step 5

Walk it, then cook

We go through the finished kitchen with you, adjust what needs adjusting and leave the house clean. Light the oven. Make something.

Straight answers

Questions we hear on the first call.

Where do you start with an older Dallas kitchen?

With the range wall. We look at where the heat, the water and the fridge sit now, then decide what has to move. In 1940s and 50s cottages that often means opening a wall to the dining room and giving the cooktop real counter on both sides.

Can you vent a range properly in a closed kitchen?

Usually, yes. We run a duct to the outside through the wall or roof instead of recirculating. Sometimes the cabinet layout changes to make the run short and straight. We size the hood fan to the range so it clears smoke without howling.

Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?

For a stretch, yes. Plan on a few weeks with no working stove, and longer for a bigger layout change. We set up a simple temporary spot with a microwave and a sink if you want one, and we tell you the dates up front.

Do you only do kitchens?

No. Kitchens are what we are known for, but we also rebuild bathrooms, remodel whole homes, add rooms and build outdoor kitchens. If your kitchen opens the door to more, one crew can carry on through the rest of the house.

Can you work in a condo or townhome?

Yes. Tight buildings need extra planning for access, noise and shared walls. We work out delivery, hours and ducting routes with you first, then build the kitchen around what the building allows.

How does the estimate work?

Call or send the form. We come to the house, measure, and talk about how you cook and what bothers you now. You get a written scope with a price for each part, usually within about a week. The visit costs nothing.
